NLB Acquires Kosovo Bank BRK
Ljubljana, 23 May - Slovenia's largest bank, NLB, on Wednesday signed a contract on the acquisition of a 77.75% stake in what is the fourth largest commercial bank in Kosovo. According to a press release from NLB, BRK holds a 6% market share in the province.
