Laptops Boost Q1 Computer Sales
Ljubljana, 28 May - The sales of personal computers in Slovenia grew by 10.5% in the first quarter of 2007 over the same period last year, boosted by the increasing popularity of laptops. Their sales rose 23.8% while desktops edged up 3.4% in a trend that can be seen throughout Central and Eastern Europe, analytical firm IDC said on Monday.
