Construction of Ljubljana Mosque One Step Closer
Ljubljana, 30 May - Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic and the leader of the Islamic Community in Slovenia, Mufti Nedzad Grabus, signed on Wednesday a letter of intent on the sale of municipal land for the construction of an Islamic cultural centre. This is considered a landmark in Muslims' efforts to get the first mosque in Slovenia.
