Večer: More than just an agreement

The signing of the agreement with the EC represents a first step by Slovenia towards a firmer linkage with Europe. The meeting of Dr. Janez Drnovšek with Jacques Delors means much more than just an ordinary run-of-the-mill negotiating session. The basic political orientation of Dr. Drnovšek is the goal of dragging Slovenia out of the same situation as those other countries who need help, writes Nikola Šoštarič in the morning edition of Večer.
