MPs Pass Changes to Audit of Public Procurement Procedures Act

Ljubljana, 1 June - The parliament passed on Friday changes to the act on the audit of public procurement procedures to allow the contracting authority to proceed with a procurement even if a rejected bidder has requested a review.
