Ljubljana, 4 June - European Commissioner for Consumers Meglena Kuneva believes that consumer protection policies need to penetrate all policies that influence the EU's single market. Consumers are not merely passive observers who need to be protected but they also co-shape the market, she said at a panel in Ljubljana on Monday.
