It is true that up to now Europe has mainly given time on its TV news to the Yugoslav refugees and made fascinating documentaries on this subject which shocked the European public. It is also true that you cannot demand something from someone which you yourself are not prepared to do. This principle should remain in the consciousness of Slovenian and Croatian policies, writes Danica Korade in this morning's edition of Večer.
