Delo Says Action on Climate Change Responsibility of the Rich

Ljubljana, 8 June - Daily Delo comments on Friday that the debate on measures to combat climate change at the G8 summit in Germany might have resulted in a compromise, but developed nations will have to do much more in order to entice the developing countries to follow suit.
