Večer: Fishermen's "War"?

Is there, in addition to a trade conflict, a fishermen's conflict on the horizon for relations between Slovenia and Croatia? Borko de Corti wonders in the morning edition of Večer what would have happened if Slovenia took the same measures when a Croatian airplane violated Slovenian air space as have been taken by Croatia when it captured two Slovenian fishing boats.
