Ljubljana, 16 July - Talks conducted today between Lord Carrington, a not extremely successful European negotiator, and the leaders of the three belligerent parties or ethnic groups from Bosnia may be seen as just another event in the sequence of negotiations which fail to offer any results. However, if this round of negotiations is seen in the perspective of wider international efforts to overcome the crisis, we may get a different picture, writes Darijan Košir in the Theme of the Day in the morning edition of Delo.
