Ljubljana, 18 June - While Health Minister Andrej Brucan seemed to know exactly what would be good for the Slovenian health care system three years ago when he criticised the reform plans of the then minister Dusan Keber, nothing has changed for the better in the more than two years since he became minister, daily Delo writes on Monday.
