A war such as the one in the Balkans does not harm anybody but those people who are directly affected. This is why the Serbs still have some time to continue with their action, since after all, this is also in the interest of the West. From the capital point of view, what is happening is a classic case of extorting a potential market and potential areas of interest. Thus we could explain why at the moment the West is hesitating about armed intervention, since this could be a very bloody war for them. Intervention would unite the Serbs even more, thus we cannot expect it before the autumn, writes Alojz Sever in the morning edition of Primorske novice.
