FMs Agree Unsuccessful EU Summit Could Halt EU Enlargement

Luxembourg, 19 June - Slovenian and Luxembourg foreign ministers, Dimitrij Rupel and Jean Asselborn, agreed in Luxembourg on Tuesday that EU enlargement could be put on hold if member states fail to reach agreement on reform at the EU summit this weekend.
