Govt Adopts Bill on Cooperation with EU in Criminal Matters

Ljubljana, 20 June - The government adopted on Wednesday a bill on cooperation with EU members in criminal matters, Justice Ministry State Secretary Robert Marolt told the press. The bill says that a plea for international legal assistance in criminal matters issued by an EU member is automatically recognised and executed throughout the bloc.
