Zavarovalnica Triglav Acquires Bosnian Insurer

Ljubljana, 21 June - Zavarovalnica Triglav, Slovenia's largest insurer, has bought over 85% of a Bosnian insurance company. Triglav paid just under EUR 1m for the stake in Banja Luka-based AD Krajina Kopaonik, Triglav chairman Andrej Kocic told the press in Ljubljana.
