Audit Finds Sale of State Stake in Mercator Ineffective

Ljubljana, 21 June - The Court of Audits has found that the sale of a state stake in Mercator nearly two years ago might not have been effective as there is a possibility two state-owned funds did not make enough for their combined 29% stake in Slovenia's top grocer.
