PM Says Blocking Agreement Could Lead to Multi-Tier EU

Brussels, 21 June - Slovenian Prime Minister Jansa Jansa said on Thursday that blocking agreement on a new governing treaty for the EU which would make the bloc more effective, could signal a return to a debate on a "multi-tier Europe."
