The Večer: Has the wind changed?

Ljubljana, 18 July - PRESS/SLOVENIA/VEČER
Will Slovenia seriously consider reshaping its policy regarding Croatia, as, with the two most recent moves it has made, (the introduction of customs duties on all imports from Slovenia and the confiscation of two Slovenian fishing trawlers), this neighbouring country has amply demonstrated that it has no real feeling for negotiations on a partner-to-partner basis? Can Dr. Dimitrij Rupel's comment that there are in fact two countries waging war in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) - mainly, Serbia and Croatia - and both to the detriment of the Moslem population, be interpreted as an indicator of change in Slovenia's attitude to Croatia, asks Borko De Corti in today's Večer.
