KAD to Take Part in Gorenje Capital Increase
Ljubljana, 27 June - The supervisory board of the state-run Pension Fund Management (KAD) on Wednesday endorsed the fund's participation in a capital increase carried out by home appliance maker Gorenje, saying that would enable it to retain its 25.19% stake in the company.
