Delo: A Central European puzzle
Ljubljana, 20 July - First it was the Pentagonal Initiative, but even before we got used to the name, it changed to the Hexagonal Initiative. Then the foreign ministers of its member states, including the former Italian Foreign Minister De Michelis, apparently became afraid that the accelerated crumbling of Central Europe would be more likely to lead to the formation of a Decagonal Initiative, than to the signing of any sensible agreements, writes Damijan Slabe for the morning edition of Delo.
