Dnevnik: Western Race Through the War

A constituent part of the Bosnia peace operation is a race of Western diplomats through the cities of the former Yugoslavia, which is followed by the issuing of statements coloured with restrained optimism or restrained pessimism ending with the unavoidable final sentence: "We will not intervene with military forces," writes Zoran Senković in the editorial of the morning edition of Dnevnik.
