LB Court Ruling Referred to Grand Chamber of Strasbourg Court

Strasbourg, 6 July - The decision of the European Court of Human Rights to throw out the case brought by three Croatian savers of the Slovenian bank LB against Slovenia, has been referred to the court's Grand Chamber following a request of the applicant, the court said on Friday.
