Euro-Mediterranean FMs Write Letter to Blair over Middle East

Koper, 6 July - Foreign ministers of the Euro-Mediterranean EU member states have addressed a letter to the newly-appointed Middle East envoy Tony Blair, which, in the words of Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel, marks the beginning of a more courageous EU policy towards the region.
