Ljubljana, 21 July - Advisor to the Slovenian Assembly Samo Pahor was cut short after having delivered the first four words of his speech in the Trieste Community Council by the senior advisor and temporary chairman of the Assembly, who declared that the use of the Slovene language was not allowed, reports the Trieste Slovenian Community.
