Gorizia, 15 July - Serbia beat Spain 87:78 (10:12, 39:33, 64:59) in the final of the European U-20 Basketball Championships in Gorizia on Sunday. Italy defeated Russia 74:63 in the game for third place in the tournament held by Gorizia and the Slovenian town of Nova Gorica.
