Delo: Dowry or Indemnity?

Ljubljana, 23 July - The Zagreb agreement on friendship and cooperation between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina could be a "historical act", as described by Dr. Franjo Tuđman in his characteristic manner. It is indeed a "historical" fact that Tuđman's Croatia, and especially Izetbegović's Bosnia and Herzegovina, are considerably impaired countries.
