Delo: Dowry or Indemnity?
Ljubljana, 23 July - The Zagreb agreement on friendship and cooperation between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina could be a "historical act", as described by Dr. Franjo Tuđman in his characteristic manner. It is indeed a "historical" fact that Tuđman's Croatia, and especially Izetbegović's Bosnia and Herzegovina, are considerably impaired countries. Croatia has lost power over one third of its territory, and Izetbegović "governs" only in the Muslim part of Sarajevo in those enclaves that were not occupied by Serbian militias, writes Peter Potočnik.
