Delo: Government Keeping a Tight Rein on Salaries

Ljubljana, 23 July - The Bajt Institute established that in April the expenditure of the state exceeded that of the population for the first time since the organization has been following movements in the Slovenian economy. This April's expenditure was 33% higher in real terms than last April's. The greatest growth and burden on the budget is represented by salaries in the public sector and non-commercial activities, writes Miha Jenko in todays commentary.
