Five more Olympic places approved for Slovenia

Ljubljana, 24 July - The Slovenian Olympic Committee (OKS) reports that, through the mediation of the president of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), it has succeeded in persuading the organisers of the Games to approve a further five places for the Slovenian Olympic team.
As long as all the necessary arrangements can be made for the trip to Barcelona, the tennis players Karin Lušnic, Tina Križan, Blaž Trupej and Iztok Božič, together with the table tennis player Polona Frelih, will set off today for the Olympiad with the main body of the Slovenian team from Brnik airport at 15.45.
