Ljubljana, 21 July - Slovenian politicians and executives have not yet switched to holiday mode as a number of events marked last week. Speaker of Parliament France Cukjati called the presidential election for 21 October, the cabinet capped the spending for the 2008 and 2009 budgets, senior Serbian and Albanian officials visited Slovenia and the state succeeded in converting its stake in port operator Luka Koper from preference to ordinary shares.
