Council Meeting to Launch Conference on New EU Treaty

Brussels, 22 July - The Portuguese EU presidency is expected to unveil on Monday on the margins of a meeting of EU foreign ministers, including Slovenia's Dimitrij Rupel, the first draft of the bloc's new reform document that is to replace the rejected constitutional treaty.
