Delo: Croatia Removed From Europe and Negotiations

Ljubljana, 27 July - The evaluation of the developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H) given by Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel at a press conference during Douglas Hurd's visit to Ljubljana, in which he also accused Croatia of conquering territory in this newly recognized state, is still rousing the interest of politicians and the public. The Slovenian Foreign Minister has already had to explain on several counts what exactly he had meant by his comment, and he has done so, without even availing himself much of the opinion of Croatia held by international policy and the public due to its actions in B&H, which is by no means positive. Judging by a number of documents and resolutions, one may even say it is extremely negative, writes Darijan Košir in today's morning edition of the Delo.
