Dnevnik: Do We Want Inflation?

Already a very superficial analysis of the current political and economic developments indicates that the month ahead of us will either make or break efforts to halt inflation and to bring about a long-term stabilization of the Slovenian economy. The inflation rate hit a record low of 2 percent in July, and the Government, together with the Bank of Slovenia, have prepared a packet of stabilizing and anti-inflation measures which are to come into full effect in August, writes Marjan Lacić for the morning edition of Dnevnik.
