Nose Says He Used Banned Substance Solely for Medicinal Purposes

Ljubljana, 13 August - Slovenian cyclist Tomaz Nose, the winner of the 2006 and 2007 Tour of Slovenia, told a press conference he had permission to use the banned substance testoviron in response to allegations by the Slovenian Cycling Association (KZS).
