Dr.Pučnik: The Establishment of Safe Areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Safe areas under the protection of international peace keeping forces should be created immediately on unoccupied Bosnia and Herzegovina territory. Ethnic "purification" in these areas should be prevented with all means available and the repatriation of the refugees who would otherwise flood the whole of Europe should be made possible, said the Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister, Jože Pučnik, at the extended session, which started in Geneva today, on humanitarian help to the victims of the on going war on former Yugoslav territory.
