Now that the proposed Law on Elections to the Chamber of State has received sufficient support to make coordination possible and to exclude the need to repeat the entire legislative procedure for the enactment of a new proposal, it seems that the elections are to be held this year after all, writes Mirko Lorenci in the morning edition of Večer.
