Bank Shareholders Endorse Share Split
Maribor, 20 August - Shareholders of NKBM, Slovenia's second largest bank, agreed on Monday to split its 2,919,748 common shares at a ratio of 1 to 8. This will reduce the nominal value of a share and make them more accessible to smaller investors and facilitate trading with NKBM on financial markets, the bank added.
