The Croatian attitude towards Slovenes is one of a master towards a slave. We are Alpine Croats, as they prefer to name us in accordance with their superiority complex. Since the introduction of "basic programmes", by which Yugoslavia tried to consume the Slovenes, the Croatian attitude towards Slovenia has not been very clear, writes Ivan Kepic, member of the Slovenian Christian Democrat Party.
