Govt Adopts Regulation for Confidential, Defence Procurement

Ljubljana, 23 August - The government on Thursday adopted a regulation on defence and confidential procurement, which allows for the exemption of such tenders from the public procurement system based on Article 296 of the Treaty establishing the European Community.
