Second medal for Slovenia - bronze for coxless fours - three kayakists among the top ten - Bonča crosses the finish line with the main group

Barcelona August 2. (STA) - Slovenian oarsmen reached enviable results at the Barcelona Olympic Games. Today the bronze medal was won in coxless fours by the team of Milan Janša, Sadik Mujkič, Sašo Mirjanič and Jani Klemenčič. Thus the two boats (yesterday the coxless doubles with Iztok Čop and Jani Klemenčič) brought Slovenia the first Olympic medals. Huan Antonio Smaranch, President of the International Olympic Committee congratulated them on their success.
