Delo: Slovenia and Its Sea

Ljubljana, 4 August - We should pay much more attention to the statement on the sea border given by the Croatian Minister of Maritime Affairs, Dr.Davorin Rudolf. In an interview published in Delo on Monday, Dr.Rudolf stated that "we should agree on the rules of international law according to which the border remains in the natural riverbed if the river changes its course," writes Boris Šuligoj in today's edition of Delo.
