If the smug remark made by a Government spokesman a few days ago, that Slovenia now has foreign currency reserves amounting to one billion dollars is true, then it would be advisable for the Government to put aside a part of these reserves for the import of food, otherwise the Slovenian nation will soon be hungry, writes Nikola Šoštarič in today's Večer.
