If the Slovenian authorities do not harass Vinko Levstik, this will mean that they gave their consent to the whole matter and that it was just a manipulation of the Slovenian public and an attempt to prevent the return of those Slovenians who would with their presence here bring trouble for the authorities. If Mr. Levstik is arrested, then a political process with a serious impact on the public would occur and which would reveal many of the carefully guarded secrets of Slovenia past and present, writes Ciril Gale in Slovenec.
