Delo Says PM's Letter to Barroso a Predicament for the EU

Ljubljana, 2 October - Delo believes that prime Minister Janez Jansa's letter to European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso, in which he urged the EU to grant Serbia candidate status at least in the first half of 2008, is a predicament for a Commission that has never been keen on haste, in particular in the case of Serbia.
