Head of Slovenian Helsinki Monitor Acquitted of Slander Charges

Ljubljana, 5 October - Neva Miklavcic Predan, the head of the Slovenian branch of the human rights watchdog Helsinki Monitor, HMS, said on Friday that by finally clearing her of slander charges connected to a 1991 independence war case, the Ljubljana Higher Court had given her back the right to freedom of speech.
