Kučan: The International Community is Aware of its Powerlessness

Brnik, 15 August - The international public, i.e., the European Community, the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe and the United Nations, are gradually becoming aware of their powerlessness, in spite of all joint efforts, to stop the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, said Slovenian President Milan Kučan yesterday upon his return from the plenary session of the Peace Conference on Yugoslavia held in Brussels.
