Vecer: Minorities Litmus Test in Slovenia-Hungary Relations

Maribor, 18 October - Whether the joint session of the Slovenian and Hungarian cabinets will indeed be historical as Prime Minister Janez Jansa said, or a "mere" realisation of an earlier agreement to hold talks, will be determined by the minorities, which are the litmus test in bilateral relations, the daily Vecer says on Thursday.
