Report: Slovenia Might Catch up with Western Europe in 20 Yrs

Brussels, 18 October - A report carried by web bulletin EUobserver has warned that Central and Eastern Europe countries are in danger of never catching up with Western Europe, except for Slovenia and three other EU members, which have a small chance of achieving Western standards of living within the next two decades.
