Dnevnik Says EU Treaty Now Faces the Test of Referendums

Ljubljana, 20 October - Commenting on the agreement on a new EU treaty, daily Dnevnik says on Saturday that European politicians have reason to celebrate. But now they face the task of convincing people that the reform treaty is good and necessary.
