Group Presents EU Budget Reform Analysis

Ljubljana, 22 October - A group of Slovenian economists has come up with an analysis of the possible reforms of the EU budget ahead of a new round of negotiations on the EU finances in 2008 or 2009. The group says it is most likely that the total budget would remain fixed in real terms, which means that emphasis will be on reform of spending.
