Pecaric Believes Blank Ballots Unconstitutional
Ljubljana, 22 October - Elena Pecaric, who came in sixth in the first round of the presidential election on Sunday, has decided for a constitutional challenge of the act on general election. She has also filed a lawsuit against the National Electoral Commission for its decision to sent to voters abroad ballots which did not contain the names of the candidates.
